This full-time position (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, evenings as needed) involves providing mental health assessments and therapy to youth (ages 12-18) in residential care.
Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and developing individualized care plans for youth and families, offering individual and group therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
– Licensure or eligibility, with a valid driver’s license
– Experience in trauma-focused therapy preferred
– Knowledge of mental health services and advocacy
