We are offering a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Clinicians! Join a dedicated team to provide quality mental health care to youth aged 12-18 in residential care.
This full-time position (40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm, with evening flexibility) involves assessing and developing individualized treatment plans collaboratively with youth and families.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and treating children, youth, and families
- Providing individual and group therapy in various settings
- Offering clinical consultation and staff training as needed
- Communicating effectively at all levels regarding service plans
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible with a limited permit upon hire
- Knowledge of mental health services, advocacy, and payment processes
- Valid driver’s license and meeting driving standards
- Experience with Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy preferred
