Join our team as a Clinician I in Bath, NY, with a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus! This full-time role involves providing mental health assessments and therapy to youth aged 12-18 in residential care.

Assess and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Deliver individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups.

Provide clinical consultation and training based on experience.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members both verbally and in writing.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, being licensed or license-eligible (LMSW preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Experience with Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a plus. Salary ranges from $62,500 to $80,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
