Role Overview:
Seeking a Clinical Triage Nurse to provide direct outpatient patient care within a Women’s Care/OBGYN setting. The role involves collaborating with providers to develop and implement personalized care plans, assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards. The nurse supports providers by documenting assessments, offering patient education, and utilizing critical thinking to address patient concerns. This position emphasizes safety, requiring alertness and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 2-5 years required; 5-10 years preferred
- Licenses & Certifications: RN and BLS required
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to educate and support patients effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, documenting findings accurately
- Support clinical staff and assist with daily patient management
- Ensure compliance with protocols and guidelines
- Provide patient education and address concerns using appropriate tools and techniques
