Role Overview:
Seeking a full-time Clinical Triage Nurse specializing in Women’s Healthcare to provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting. The role involves collaborating with primary care providers and specialists to develop and implement care plans, assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards. The nurse will support providers by documenting assessments, educating patients, and offering guidance to clinical staff. This position requires critical thinking, patient education skills, and the ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.
Qualifications:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing (RN)
- 2-5 years of experience; preferred 5-10 years with a Bachelor’s degree
- Licenses & Certifications: BLS and RN licensure

- Develop and review care plans to optimize healthcare outcomes
