Role Overview: The Clinical Team Coordinator RN supervises nursing care on assigned units, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care, supervises staff, assists with staff orientation and performance evaluations, manages staffing and supplies, and addresses performance issues.
Communicates care activities, participates in policy development, mentors staff, promotes evidence-based practices, and ensures regulatory compliance.
Supports a healthy work environment aligned with Magnet principles, manages patient and family concerns, and follows up on incidents to ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: Enrollment in a Bachelor’s Nursing program or graduation from a Specialty Nursing Training Program; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Experience in cardiac care and leadership is preferred.
