Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect nursing care, coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure safe, optimal patient outcomes. Support the facility’s vision, mission, and goals by delivering patient-centered care and demonstrating Service Excellence standards. Offer professional leadership, oversee staff supervision, and facilitate collaboration among team members to meet quality and safety benchmarks.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with a BSN required. Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care nursing, with preferred supervisory experience. Proficiency in cardiovascular assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and knowledge of stress testing is necessary. Hold a current RN license in Nevada, with BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP, or other specialty training required upon hire. Must pass pre-employment assessments. Incumbents with over 20 years in the role may be exempt from a bachelor’s degree requirement.
