They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across units, while ensuring appropriate staffing and proactively managing patient flow and bed assignments.
They inspire a shared vision, model professional standards, and foster a positive attitude to motivate staff as change leaders. The role involves supporting, mentoring, and recognizing team members, holding providers accountable for responsibilities and compliance with policies and regulations.
Candidates should have a graduate degree in nursing, an active RN license, 3-5 years hospital experience, and relevant certifications such as TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS. Strong communication, clinical competence, and leadership skills are essential.
Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing.
