Role Overview
The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They promote efficient resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborating with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers, they communicate and improve processes across units. They are responsible for staffing, patient flow, and bed management, fostering a shared vision and inspiring change. The role involves modeling professional standards, providing mentorship, and recognizing staff efforts to motivate and develop team members. The supervisor holds providers accountable for responsibilities and compliance with policies and regulations, participating in evaluations in partnership with the Clinical Manager. They perform duties aligned with the organization’s Mission, Values, and Service Standards.
