Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a healing environment through patient and family education.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
- Work in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licenses: Active RN licensure.
- Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
- Skills: Critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and cultural competence.
