Join a specialized surgical progressive care unit as a Clinical Nurse, providing care for high-acuity postoperative patients across various surgical disciplines, including transplant, hepatobiliary, ENT, plastics, orthopedic, trauma, and vascular surgeries.
Responsibilities include
assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating patients and families on management and post-discharge care, ensuring patient safety and quality standards, and
collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
RN license, with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. No prior experience needed; 2 years of experience is preferred for the role. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
