Role Overview:
This position serves as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Neurological Sciences & Stroke, acting as a clinical expert to promote evidence-based practice. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, consultation, and educational services to patients, families, staff, and physicians, aiming to improve healthcare quality through education, practice development, and research.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced clinical care and consultation for patient management.
- Enhance healthcare quality via educational initiatives for diverse stakeholders.
- Support clinical practice development and conduct scientific research.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited CNS program.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing, charge, or leadership experience preferred.
- Licenses: RN and Clinical Nurse Specialist certification.
- Preferred: Doctorate in Nursing and 2-5 years of experience.
