Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care and consultation in patient management
- Enhancing healthcare quality through education for patients, families, and staff
- Supporting the development and improvement of clinical practices
- Conducting research and scientific investigations
Qualifications and skills required:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- RN license and Clinical Nurse Specialist certification
- Preferred: Doctorate in Nursing and 2-5 years of experience
- Strong clinical expertise, preferably with emergency or ICU background
