Role Overview:
This position serves as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Heart & Vascular Services, acting as a clinical expert to promote evidence-based practice and collaborate with staff, patients, families, and physicians. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care and consultation, enhancing healthcare quality through educational services, supporting clinical practice development, and conducting research and scientific investigations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited CNS program
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; leadership experience preferred
- Licenses required: RN and Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Preferred: Doctorate in Nursing and 2-5 years of experience
Key Duties:
- Provide clinical care, consultation, and educational support
