Clinical Nurse – Pulmonary – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care in a pediatric setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.

Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with continuous professional development.

Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.

Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and demographic factors.

Maintain compliance with safety protocols, demonstrating alertness and safe work practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid RN license required.
Educational background: Nursing diploma/associate’s degree, with preferred BSN.
No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years of experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
