You will care for a diverse patient population with conditions such as Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, colorectal and urology cancers, and perform procedures including colon resections, TURP, cystectomy, and reconstructive surgeries. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, promoting safety and quality, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Collaboration with an interprofessional team and adherence to nursing standards are essential. The role requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience.
