Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a pain management outpatient setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers. Supports continuous professional development and optimal communication across care continuum. Qualifications & Skills: RN license required; ADN, BSN, or MSN preferred. No prior experience required; <2 years experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
