Role Overview:
This nursing position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, primarily within the PACU, managing interventional radiology cases and caring for pre/post-operative patients. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to participate in innovative procedures and initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.

- Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers to involvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN licensure.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work alertly in safety-sensitive roles.
