Role: Clinical Nurse in the Orthopedic Unit, providing direct patient care in a specialized 23-bed unit recognized for excellence in orthopedic treatment.
Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care, educate patients and families on post-treatment management, develop and implement individualized care plans, assess physical and psychosocial needs, promote safety and quality, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications: RN license with a nursing diploma or associate’s degree; preferred bachelor’s degree and <2 years of experience. No supervisory experience required.
