Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care within a specialized cardiothoracic unit, requiring assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs in accordance with nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and proactive communication across care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a healing environment by educating patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management.
- Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and patients.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree, with a preference for Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
