Clinical Nurse – Neurology/Orthopedics

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care activities focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops and documents individualized care plans with measurable goals, collaborating with the care team, patients, and families.

Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.

Maintains safety protocols and adheres to standards of care in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
