This is a full-time night shift RN position on a 16-bed Med Surg Unit, eligible for benefits and sign-on bonus.
Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, education, safety, and quality compliance. Develops and communicates individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and needs. Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s, RN license, and no prior experience; a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience are preferred.
