Clinical Nurse – Labor & Delivery/Women’s Assessment Center

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards.
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on illness management and post-treatment needs.
Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers, including cultural and spiritual considerations.
This is a safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Current RN license.
  • Experience: No minimum required; 2+ years preferred.
