Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, participates in safety and quality activities, develops and documents individualized care plans, assesses physical and psychosocial needs, and communicates effectively across care teams. Ensures compliance with regulations and maintains a safe environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree, RN license, and no prior experience; a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience are preferred. Previous L&D experience is advantageous.
