Role Overview:
Provides comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced post-anesthesia and interventional radiology environment, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance through active participation and professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- No prior experience required; two years of experience and supervisor experience are preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and adapt to complex procedures.
