Clinical Nurse – GI/GU

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care in a surgical setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, participates in quality and regulatory activities, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. This safety-sensitive role requires alertness and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Full-Time position with 3×12-hour shifts
  • Potential up to $15k sign-on bonus for external applicants
  • Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s in Nursing; RN licensure required
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience
