Responsibilities include
promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on illness management and post-treatment needs, participating in safety, quality, and compliance activities, developing and communicating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers, and
maintaining safety-sensitive work practices. Qualifications include
an RN license, minimum education of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree, and
