Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in a pediatric hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on managing illnesses, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
