Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care in specialized units, including ICUs and ER, promoting patient-centered care, safety, and quality compliance. Develops and implements individualized care plans, assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and educates patients and families on managing illness and post-treatment care.
The role requires active participation in professional development, collaboration with the healthcare team, and adherence to standards of nursing practice. It involves working in a safety-sensitive environment with a focus on communication and care continuity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
