Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety, quality, and compliance activities. Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, communicating effectively across care teams, and addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; RN license required.
- No prior experience necessary; preferred candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least two years of experience.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work safely and with alertness, as the role is safety-sensitive.
