Clinical Educator / Staff RN
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for women and other medical-surgical patients while supporting nursing teams in the Medical Surgical Women’s Pavilion. Assess patient needs, administer medications, document care, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective treatment.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and recovery. In the educator role, coach and support staff learning through orientation and ongoing reinforcement of clinical standards and safe practices.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experienced RN with strong clinical judgment in medical-surgical care
- Ability to deliver inclusive, patient-centered care
- Medication administration and accurate, compliant documentation
- Effective communication and patient/family teaching skills
- Coaching and reinforcement of evidence-based clinical standards
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to continuous improvement and safe practice
