We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Interventional Radiology to provide leadership and clinical guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and care protocols.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily huddles and managing staff schedules
- Functioning as the department charge nurse, assigning staff, coordinating patient transfers, and scheduling cases
- Rotating into patient care as needed
- Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Qualifications and skills required:
- Illinois RN license
- BLS/CPR and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
