Role: Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Medical-Surgical unit.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care; serve as a clinical resource for the team; perform patient assessment, develop care plans, monitor progress, and support discharge and education processes. Assist in managing staffing and workflow, collaborate with physicians and allied health staff, and promote quality and safety initiatives.
