Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Acute Care and Oncology Unit

Role: The Clinical Team Coordinator Registered Nurse supervises nursing care on their unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. They coordinate and oversee patient care activities, support staff orientation and performance evaluations, and manage scheduling and resource allocation.


Responsibilities: They communicate policies, address patient and staff concerns, promote evidence-based practices, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate effective documentation. They also support a healthy work environment aligned with Magnet principles and assist in resolving incidents and improving unit operations.


Qualifications & Skills: Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s or Specialty Nursing program is required, with preferred Bachelor’s Degree. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in clinical care and staff supervision.
