Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on illness management, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Qualifications & Skills:
- RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- No prior experience required, but 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
