Role Purpose: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.
- Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
- Educates patients and families on managing illness, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
- Develops and implements individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
- Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred if holding a Bachelor’s degree.
