Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient-centered care, educating patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with the healthcare team, the nurse develops and documents individualized care plans, communicates effectively across care settings, and assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure
- At least 2 years of recent nursing experience preferred
- Strong IV skills; experience in Apheresis, Dialysis, or Vascular Access is helpful
