Clinical Nurse

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care in a 24/7 outpatient oncology and critical care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards.

Responsibilities include promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and medication, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.

Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.

The position requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree (RN licensure), with preferred qualifications including a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two years of experience.

Key skills include strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities, along with a commitment to safety and professional development.

This safety-sensitive role involves working rotating day and night shifts, approximately every sixth weekend, in a clinical environment supporting chemotherapy, infusion, and urgent patient care needs.
