Clinical Nurse – Live Well Homecare

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting within a 24/7 clinic, including chemotherapy, blood products, IV hydration, and port care. The role requires assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs, promoting patient and family-centered care, education, safety, and quality compliance. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team and patients. The role may involve participating in patient safety initiatives and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Licensed RN with ADN or BSN; preferred Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience

Experience in oncology or critical care is preferred

Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills

Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Sign-on bonus eligibility and clinical nurse B scale
