Role Overview: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards.

- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring clear communication across care teams.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Licenses: Active RN license.
- Experience: No minimum required; less than 2 years preferred.
