Role Overview: This position involves creating and implementing staff education and professional development activities to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Collaborate with staff and external organizations to develop, deliver, and assess training and continuing education.
- Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Work with leadership to identify educational needs and develop appropriate plans.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related field.
- 2-5 years of experience; RN licensure required.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
- Physical ability to perform job requirements.
Additional Preferences: Prior education experience is desirable.
