Role Overview:
Creates and implements staff education and professional development activities to enhance patient outcomes. The position involves assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating educational programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff. Collaboration with staff and organizational partners is essential to develop, present, and evaluate training, continuing education, and professional growth opportunities. The role requires participation in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives, alongside assessing staff educational needs and developing appropriate plans. Ongoing professional development and lifelong learning are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related field
- 2-5 years of experience
- RN licensure required
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years experience, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification
Physical & Other Requirements:
Physical job requirements are essential. Previous education experience is preferred. No supervisory experience necessary.
