Child and Adolescent Therapist

Join us as a Child & Adolescent Therapist, dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive outpatient mental health care for children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting strength-based assessments for diverse clients.
  • Providing individualized therapy sessions for clients and families.
  • Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
  • Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
  • Completing documentation, billing, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Provisional license if required by state regulation.
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and ability to build rapport.
  • Effective time management and administrative skills.
