Role: Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care across all age groups, manages operational issues during shifts, and provides clinical care as needed based on patient census.
Responsibilities: Communicates patient care details, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership; serves as a resource and guide for nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred.
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification.
- Bachelor’s degree and advanced specialty certification are preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
