Charge Registered Nurse – Surgery – Evening Shift

Role: Charge Registered Nurse – Surgery/OR

Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care, assessing patient conditions, recognizing deviations, planning, and evaluating care.

Monitor patient progress, document observations, and delegate tasks to team members.

Collaborate as a team to achieve unit goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current Illinois RN license and CPR (BLS) certification.
Associate degree in nursing; BSN required within 5 years.
ACLS and PALS certifications within ninety days of employment.
Preferred: Baccalaureate or higher nursing degree, OR/Surgery experience, OR charge experience.
