Role Overview:
Seeking a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role requires obtaining licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment.
Responsibilities:
- Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Use critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members, promoting patient-centered care.
- Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
