This is a full-time position in a long-term care facility offering flexible shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) and benefits such as 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
Your role involves ensuring high-quality resident care, supervising staff, managing clinical outcomes, and providing direct patient care when needed. You will assess staff performance, conduct shift meetings, and serve as a resource for the team.
Qualifications include a licensed RN with at least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting and current BLS/CPR certification. LVNs are also encouraged to apply.
