Role: Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient conditions. Collaborate with the care team to develop and communicate care plans, prioritize patient needs, and ensure safe, effective care according to policies. Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining satisfaction. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance, and promote a positive work environment. Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications, and pursue ongoing growth and leadership development. Mentor colleagues, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and participate in organizational activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Valid RN license (multi-state or single-state) and current BLS certification. Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professionalism. Commitment to quality improvement, patient-centered care, and team collaboration.
