Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in collaboration with the care team.
Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; ensuring safety, confidentiality, and compliance with policies; advocating for patients and their families; and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
Key duties: Monitor patient conditions, coordinate care plans, document assessments and interventions, communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, and prioritize patient needs.
Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid RN license with required certifications (BLS, RN license); ability to maintain professional competence; strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to professional growth and leadership.
