Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-tier care, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality outcomes. Support specialty education and ongoing competency validation.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed RN, with at least 6 months ICU experience or completion of a fellowship. Certifications in ACLS and BLS are required.
